InteDashboard - Release Notes (To be released in Dec 2025)

Here's a list of our recent enhancements to be released end of Dec 2025.

ACCESSIBILITY UPDATES

  1. We’ve updated the VPAT on our website — Read more here
  2. Teachers can easily organise modules and activities by dragging and dropping, or use the drag icon to choose the preferred action.

  3. Introducing an accessibility check feature in the Questions page - Teachers can quickly review questions for accessibility considerations when creating or editing content.

SUPER ADMIN

Roles and Permissions
  1. Analytics permissions can now be granted at the user level - Course Admins and Teachers can now access the analytics beta features in the data visualisation platform based on the permissions assigned to them.

  2. New Course Collaborator permission for Analytics - Super Admins can grant analytics access to specific roles as needed.

  • At-Risk Student Reports
    1. Can now identify at-risk students with a passing benchmark or a percentile (e.g. bottom 10%) based on IRAT
    2. Can generate individual academic reports for each At-Risk student with one click to quickly initiate interventions

TEACHER

Activity setup and dashboard management
  1. Student Manager - In the People tab, a column is added to track when each student was last active. If you're interested in exploring this feature, please reach out to us.

  2. Question Library – Update topic tagging for questions

  3. Activity Creation

    1. Pre-work – Resolved bugs and introduced enhancements to pre-work settings for a smoother experience.
    2. iRAT and tRAT - Bug Fixes and Enhancements

      • The team reporter attendance marking feature is now visible on the team reporter dashboard when enabled.

    3. Peer Instruction Activity Type (beta)
      • We are launching a new activity type for Peer Instruction. It will be available as a beta feature. Read more here.
  4. Teacher Dashboard

    1. Application Case: e-Gallery Walk

      • Ability to sort team answers in e-Gallery Walk
      • Display the team names in numerical or alphabetical order 
  5. Rooms/ Location feature
    1. The new Rooms / Locations functionality allows each section to be divided into multiple rooms or sites. These can represent:
      • Multiple physical classrooms used simultaneously (e.g., Room A, Room B, Room C), or
      • Different campuses or teaching sites (e.g., Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong)
    2. Teams can now be assigned to specific rooms or locations. During a live session, instructors and facilitators can:
      • Run one unified dashboard for the entire section
      • Filter real-time analytics by room or location
    3. This feature will be added to global settings in future releases, so Super Admins can choose to enable or disable it.

STUDENT

Student Dashboard – New tools and enhanced features
  1. Show or hide strikeout answer choices 
  2. Highlight and cross-out tool available in Application Case activities 
  3. Collaborative whiteboard functionality for team-based activities
  4. Sequencing question enhancements: drag-and-drop and dropdown views 
  5. "Go to Next Activity" button—students can move directly to the next activity without returning to the dashboard.
