Here's a list of our recent enhancements released on 15.07.2024

For Super Admin / Admin Teacher / Teacher

1. Question Templates


As part of the next phase of enhancements, we are introducing the ability to create and save templates from any new or existing activity. Created templates can be easily shared among users of InteDashboard as well! 

This is applicable for the following activity types

  • IRAT
  • TRAT
  • Application Case
  • new Peer Evaluation beta

NOT applicable for Pre-work and old legacy peer evaluation (360 degree evaluations and Michaelsen's Method).

2. Question Settings 

A. Free Response

i. Elaboration

  • When set as required - The Elaboration box will appear on the student dashboard as compulsory. Students will not be able to save answer until they have submitted the Elaboration.
  • When disabled - The Elaboration is optional and can be submitted by clicking on the 'Elaboration' button.

iii. Free response word limit

Now, you have the option to specify the word limit by entering the desired number.

B. Faculty Notes - Teachers can now see Faculty Notes on the dashboard "Item Analysis" and "Questions" section.

3. Optional Settings

a. Multiple Correct Answer

In the optional settings, there is now an option to limit the number of selections based on the number of correct answers indicated.

E.g. There are 3 correct answers out of 5 choices.

  • If enabled - Student can only make 3 selections.
  • If disabled - Students can make any number of selections.

b. Disable right-click and save images for students

When this is disabled, students will not be able to right-click and save images displayed in the question stem.

4. Grades Export

Now when you export grades, there will be highlights to indicate correct/incorrect answers.

5. Peer Evaluation

Based on the PAF calculations, students that has scores above 1.5PAF and below 0.75PAF; and < or > 1.0 SAPA will be flagged. A red flag icon will be displayed next to the student names.

For Students

  1. Course details and description will be displayed on student dashboard when activity is published.
  2. Activity tabs
    1. Ongoing - New and current activities will show up here.
    2. Completed - Activities that have ended will show up here.
