      How to Request Course Collaborator Access to a Course as a Teacher (To be released)

      This article guides Teachers on how to request access to join a course on InteDashboard.

      This Guide is for:

      • Admin Teachers
      • Teachers

      As a Teacher, you can request to join a course as a collaborator. Your request must be approved by the Course Owner before you gain access.

      To request access:

      1. Log in to your InteDashboard account.

      2. Navigate to the All Courses page.

      3. Locate the three dots under "Actions" for the course you want to join.

      4. Click on the “Request Access” button.

      5. A modal will appear—select your desired role (Course Admin, Syllabus Builder, Facilitator, or Observer).

      6. Submit your request.

      📩 The Course Owner will be notified and must approve your request before you can access the course.

      📩 You will receive an email notification when your request is approved by the Course Owner.
