This article will provide you with basic information on how to allow any instructor within your institution join your course as a collaborator.

- Admin Teachers
As an Admin Teacher or Super Admin with Course Admin role, you have the ability to allow any instructor within your institution join your course as a collaborator. To achieve this,

Log in to your InteDashboard account.

Navigate to the My Courses page within your course dashboard.

Locate the three dots under "Actions" for the course you want to leave

Click on View Course

Click on the Collaborators heading at the top of the page

Click on the Choose Course Collaborator Role button

Select the role from the course collaborator role options in the drop-down
- Click on Save Role to confirm the changes made
Once the role is selected and the toggle is enabled, all instructors within your organization can request to join your course and will automatically get access within the set course collaborator role.
A few things to note:
- You will receive a New User Joined As Course Collaborator email from InteDashboard every time an instructor requests to join your course as a course collaborator. This way you won't miss out on any new course collaborator information.
- When the toggle switch is turned off, pending requests from instructors to join the course as a collaborator will be shown within your collaborator dashboard. You can approve and decline requests from instructors here.
- You can always change the Course Collaborator Role at any time within your dashboard
- You can toggle off the switch to "Allow any instructor in my organisation to join as" to prevent instructors from joining the course at any time
