How students can mark the attendance of their teammates

This guide explains how teachers can enable Team Reporters to mark the attendance of their teammates during team-based activities (e.g., tRAT and Application Case activities). By default, this option is turned off. When enabled, the designated Team Reporter can mark teammates as Present or Absent from the activity dashboard.

This Guide is for:

  • Super Admin
  • Teacher Admin (Full-Access)
  • Teacher (Owner Full-Access)

Steps for allowing the Team Reporter's to mark the team attendance.

Step 1 – Go to the Dashboard of your team-based activity.

Note: By default, this feature is disabled. To enable the feature, the team-based activity must be started first. 

Step 2 – Start the Activity

Step 3 – Under the Attendance section, you should be able to toggle the switch to enable the feature. This will allow Team Reporters to mark the team attendance.
