This article offers guidance should you need to reinstate teacher accounts that have been suspended.
This Guide is for:
- Super Admin
- Admin Teacher (Full-Access)
Here are the steps to follow when you need to reinstate a suspended teacher's account:
Step 1 - Navigate to the People tab.
Step 2 - Under the Teacher tab, click the dropdown button where it says Active and change it to Suspended to see the list of suspended teacher's accounts.
Step 3 - Click the Actions button across the teacher's name and click Reinstate.
Once you have done this, you should now see the teacher's account in the Active list.
