InteDashboard enables teachers to add and share courses with other teachers. By default, Super Admin account holders have access to ALL courses within their InteDashboard account.
This article will help you if you have:
-
Multiple faculty members teaching the same course within the same institution.
-
Multiple faculty members teaching a part of the course curriculum.
The following types of accounts can share access to courses:
-
The Super Admin user.
-
The Course Owner.
-
Teachers with Full Access level to the course.
Please Note: If the teacher isn't part of the your institution's account yet, please contact your Super Admin or Admin to add them into the account first.
Here are the steps to follow to make the changes needed:
- Go to Courses and select the course you need to share with other teachers.

- Go to the Settings area in the top navigation.

- Now find the Collaborators area which is in the middle of the page.
- Add the new new teacher and please go through the following process.
-
-
Select the names of the teacher.
-
Select the access level you want them to have.
-
Click the Confirm button to commit the changes.
-

Moving forward, the Collaborators tab will show who has access to the course, and their corresponding Access Levels. As Course Owners and Full Access teachers, you have the ability to remove anyone from the course, reset password and view/edit teachers via the Actions area.

These teachers in the Collaborators area will see the course listed on their Courses page, and can view the same Collaborators area in their own accounts.
Here's a brief breakdown of each access level:
Course Owner
-
The Course Owner is the teacher who created the course. The Course Owner is the author of the course, it's modules and activities. The owner is able to manipulate, modify, edit, delete and archive the course, its module and activities.
-
Course Owners can add, disenroll and suspend student accounts.
-
InteDashboard allows an unlimited amount of these full access guest teacher accounts within their institution.
Full Access
-
Any teacher who has Full Access to the course has the ability to do the same things as the course owner–manipulate, modify, edit, delete and archive the course.
-
Teachers with Full Access can add, disenroll and suspend student accounts within the course.
Read Only Access
-
Any teacher who has a Read Only access to the course can only view the course, it's modules, activities, view the dashboard, and the grades of any activities. But cannot edit, modify, edit, delete or archive any component of the course.
