This article shows you how to allow students view and/or change team reporters during team based exercises.
Students may have issues viewing or changing the team reporter during their team based activities. You can troubleshoot this quickly by freezing and unfreezing the team reporter function from your dashboard.
Below are screenshots of the step by step process:
- Go to your activity dashboard and locate the Attendance section of your student information
- Click on the padlock beside the team name. It should turn RED once you do so and you will get a notification if successful.
- Click on the padlock again beside the team name. It should turn GREEN once you do so and you will get a notification if successful.
- Refresh your webpage for the changes to take effect.
Once you troubleshoot on the instructor dashboard, the students will be able to see the option to Assign Others As Reporter or Take Over As Reporter on their screens.
